Payment & Refunds

⚪ Methods: I accept PayPal only.⚪ Plans: Payment is 100% upfront, though I can sometimes do a 50/50 split (half upfront, half after the sketch is approved) depending on the situation.⚪ Refund Policy: Generally, I don't offer refunds unless I'm unable to finish the piece or I've made a major error. However, if two months pass from the start date and I still haven't finished, you're entitled to ask for your money back.

Timing & Revisions

⚪ Deadlines: Please keep in mind that on weekdays, I can only work on your piece during my evening hours. Usually, a piece takes 14–30 days.⚪ Updates: You’re always welcome to check in on the progress!⚪ Revisions: Major revisions can be made during the sketch stage, while the flat color and rendering stages are for minor revisions only. Please try to list all your changes in one message rather than sending them one by one.

Files & Usage Rights

⚪ Personal Use: These commissions are for personal use only. You’re free to repost and display the art anywhere as long as you aren't making money off it.⚪ Artist Rights: I keep the ownership and rights to the artwork for my portfolio and social media use.⚪ Privacy: Please inform me whether you would like to remain anonymous or be tagged when I post the finished piece.⚪ Strict Prohibitions: Under no circumstances is my work to be used for AI training, NFTs, or art broker.
